I've shopped at Up There, both the main and it's sister store Athletics for years. Not only is their product curation extensive and considered, their customer service is second to none- particularly a fella named Yin who dealt with a mix-up I had efficiently, professionally but with common sense and human consideration. Will buy from again.

I bought a pair of Evo SLs from Up There and experienced a slight issue with the quality of the shoe after one wear. After contacting the guys there about it they instantly sorted the issue and sent a new pair directly from Adidas. Thanks to Yin and the team

Bought my shoes on Thursday night, recieved them on Monday. The shoes and box were in mint condition and im so happy with the product and service. Will definitely be buying more shoes from Up There! Btw im back on the NB trains

The team at Up There were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my experience. I purchased a beautiful pair of shoes on sale, but unfortunately they were too big—which was really disappointing because I absolutely loved them. Although their policy typically excludes returns or credits on sale items, they kindly made an exception as a gesture of goodwill, which I truly appreciated. The entire process—from ordering to delivery—was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. While I wish the shoes had fit, I’m happy to have received a store credit and look forward to shopping with them again. Great customer service and a lovely team!

I've been to trainer launches the world over, and nobody quite does it like Up There. The customer service is beyond great, a clearly tight knit team with wonderful demeanours all round. The staff know their stuff, are happy for a yarn, and the offer of a coffee whilst lining up for their latest launch was a touch of class I've not experienced elsewhere. Thanks guys, genuinely great people are you lot.

I had an issue while shopping at Up There, and the customer service representative Yin was incredibly patient and professional in communicating with me. She handled the situation very efficiently and resolved the problem quickly. Her helpful attitude made the whole experience much more pleasant. I really appreciate her support and excellent service. Had a great experience with Up There Store. They were kind enough to make an exception so I could exchange my shoe size, which I really appreciated. The support was awesome , super helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with. Everything went really smoothly. Would definitely shop with them again!

I had to return a pair of shoes purchased online. Yin, who helped me via their customer service line was fantastic. There were quite a few emails back and forth, due to me not understanding the return process fully. Yin responded to my emails within a couple of hours. I then went into the Melbourne store and the service there was just as good. I would Highly recommend shopping at Up There and the Melbourne store.
